Maitland HSC Students of Merit

Ms JENNY AITCHISON (Maitland—Minister for Regional Transport and Roads)—Congratulations to Maitland HSC students who have been recognised in the 2023 HSC Merit List for their outstanding results. Taylor Earl who attends OneSchool Global at East Maitland achieved first in the state for the Financial Services course, congratulations Taylor! Fellow students Declan Thrush came second, Jasmine Thrush third, and Georgi Henderson, Fergus Noakes and Bracken Wallace fourth. All Saints College's dux Ryan Hodges came third in the state in Drama, with fellow student Arianwen Dastoor placing seventh. Arianwen also made the all rounder list, for students who achieved the highest possible band in 10 or more units, well done. The all rounder list also featured Maitland High School student Lachlan Jack Findlay and Hunter Valley Grammar School student Finnegan Slattery-O'Brien.
