Ms JENNY AITCHISON (Maitland—Minister for Roads, and Minister for Regional Transport)—Congratulations to Lisa Duhig of Lochinvar Rovers Football Club—an extraordinary local mum, volunteer and community leader—who I had the honour of recently presenting with a Community Service Award on behalf of Premier Chris Minns and the NSW Government. It was a joy to celebrate with Lisa on Mother's Day, a time to honour the love, generosity, and strength that mums bring to our communities every day. Lisa is modest about her contributions—but those who know her work understand just how transformative her leadership has been. Over the past decade, Lisa's energy and commitment have driven remarkable growth at Lochinvar Rovers. Under her guidance, club registrations have soared to over 500 players across 49 teams, and the grounds have undergone a much-needed transformation. When I was presenting Lisa with the award, she didn't miss the chance to let me know about a few more things the club needs—but that's exactly what makes her such a passionate advocate. Congratulations to Lisa, thank you for everything you do to nurture, inspire and support those around you. You truly make Maitland, and especially Lochinvar, a better place to live.
