Ms JENNY AITCHISON (Maitland—Minister for Regional Transport and Roads)—Congratulations to the Maitland Repertory Theatre team who took home two awards at the 45th annual City of Newcastle Drama Association [CONDA] awards late last year. Maitland Repertory Theatre received 12 nominations for five of their productions: Dorothy in Wonderland, All My Sons, Rumours, On Golden Pond and Lord of the Flies. Celia Kelly won the award for Excellence by a Performer in a Supporting Role - Play for her role as Chris Bevans in Maitland Repertory Theatre's Rumours. Celia triumphed over 7 other nominees in the category. Pip Thoroughgood, a tutor at Maitland Repertory Theatre, won the award for Excellence by a Director - Play for directing Maitland Repertory Theatre's All My Sons.
